Seven Sheds Brewery
Seven Sheds uses and is bound by the delivery timeframes and missing items procedures of Australia Post and Fastway/Aramex and ships products throughout Australia only. Liquor licensing requires that a sober person aged 18 or older must receive the goods, they cannot be left "in a safe place". There is no same day delivery available. Should items be damaged in transit, damaged items should be clearly photographed at the time of delivery and the damage confirmed by the delivery company's representative. The recipient can then choose to accept the delivery and request a refund from Seven Sheds on the damaged items, or refuse to accept the delivery and ask for it to be returned to Seven Sheds for a full refund.
Refunds are available in certain circumstances such as product recalls and where freight cannot be sourced at a competitive rate for the delivery location. Refunds are not available for stock that the customer has damaged in transit or kept in poor conditions (for example stored in direct sunlight / close to heat sources) . Refunds are not available for stock that has been poorly served, such as pouring too quickly creating a lot of foam, or stirring up yeast in bottle-conditioned beers before and during pouring. Refunds are not available for beer that has evaporated!
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been received. Orders may be changed before despatch with stock of the same shape up to the equivalent price, for example a 750ml bottle cannot replace a 500ml bottle in a carton of 16 x 500ml bottles. Refunds are not available for changes to a lower-priced product. Changing to stock with a higher price will attract an additional fee. Orders cannot be recalled or changed after despatch.
