Unscented - Although it is not scented with essential oils, you may still detect the subtle aroma of the ingredients (eg. the chocolate-like scent of Cocoa Butter)
What is a lotion bar?
Basically, a lotion bar is a solid block of lotion used for moisturizing skin. It is made with plant-based ingredients that stay solid at room temperature but will melt a little from your body heat, allowing you to apply the lotion bar as needed. It is easily stored in our recyclable and reusable tin. Although it does resemble soap, it is not soap and can not be used to clean your skin.
The word "lotion" implies an emulsion of oils and water, however our lotion bar does not contain any water and more closely resembles a balm or a butter. It absorbs quickly and will not leave a sticky or oily feeling.

We send all parcels via EXPRESS post.
Within Australia
We give you FREE shipping anywhere in Australia on any order you place with a value over $50.
If order is less than $50, shipping will be $8. Your package will be sent via EXPRESS post and includes tracking.
You will be emailed a tracking number when we ship your order so you can follow its progress.
International shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery times
We use Australia Post and their delivery times will vary based on your location. The average time is 5 business days. Please understand that there may be delays due to COVID19.
If you require your order by a certain date, please allow enough time for processing and shipping. We do not provide refunds for delayed orders.
Refund Policy
Due to health and safety standards, Wilderness Lab does not accept the return of any product for refund or exchange unless the item arrives in damaged condition through no fault of the customer.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If for some reason the product arrives and it's not to your taste, we encourage you to gift it to a friend. It may just become their favourite! If you're not sure which perfume to get, please message us and we will try and help based on what fragrance notes you usually like.
To get a refund for lost or damaged items, you must have chosen the "tracked" shipping option at checkout. If your products are delivered in a significantly damaged condition through no fault of your own, please let us know immediately with a photograph or video of the damaged product for review. This does not include items that may be slightly damaged or scratched.
Once reviewed and approved, a replacement of the same product will be dispatched (subject to availability) free of charge. There is no need to return the damaged product to us, simply clean out and recycle/dispose of the packaging.
If there is no identical replacement product available for any reason, we will credit you with a gift voucher to the equal value of the products plus any shipping paid to spend at www.wildernesslab.com.au
