These Moistuising Hand Creams are formuated with a base of Organic Shea Butter and Organic Apricot Kernel Oil to moisturise and protect dry skin and absorb quickly without leaving a greasy residue.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays and lock downs) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (within Australia):

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping for all orders over $90

Local delivery (Hobart local area):

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup/delivery for orders within the local Hobart area.

International Shipping

We do not offer shipping outside of Australia at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include an Australia Post tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@LessThanThreeNaturally.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refund Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Any item that is more than half depleted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
