Luxury and modern, Manfield Seaside offers a 3-bedroom self-catering house with amazing views of the mountains as well as over the channel with spectacular sunsets.
Our house located on the waterfront of Alonnah, South Bruny Island. Within a short walk to Bruny Hotel Restaurant, direct access to swimming beach and a 3km walking track with a 5-minute drive to Winery.
The house features a seating area with Smart TV, wood heater and reverse cycle heater/AC to keep warm in the winter. The living area includes a spacious lounge, dining, and a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances and cookware.
The master bedrooms offering amazing views of the D’Entrecasteaux Channel and amazing sunsets and it’s equipped with queen-sized beds, TV, and ensuite. The third bedroom is equipped with 2 singles and a separate bathroom. We also provide a porta cot and baby high chair.
Manfield Seaside Bruny Island offers FREE Wifi, centrally located and furnished with top quality comforts and bedding.
Refund Policy
Security deposit of AUD$200 is required and refundable. The security deposit will normally be refunded at the end of the rental period if there is no valued damage to the Property or its surrounds or contents caused during the Rental Period or If the property is left in an untidy fashion, extra cleaning fees will apply.
Please treat the Property rented accordingly and leave the Property and all its contents in good order and in an acceptably clean condition.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Flexible Cancelation and changes dates based on availability.
Full refund if the booking is cancelled at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival.
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival, the booking deposit will be held as credit to be used within 12 months.
If you unable to travel due to Covid-19 Travel restrictions or become unwell, bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to arrival with no cancellation fee “full refund”.
