Lumeah Retreat is named after "Leumeah" from the Tharawal Aboriginal Language, meaning 'Here is rest.' It’s all in the name - this property is set up for relaxation. Located in the township of Adventure Bay in South Bruny Island, this home is the perfect base from which to explore the island or just take a short walk to the beach or the local general store.
This home has all the features of a holiday retreat and has been perfectly furnished and decorated. With room for up to 10 guests, Lumeah Retreat is perfect for extended family gatherings or a stay with friends.
The house features four (4) generously sized bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms. (2x King beds, 2x double beds, and 2x single beds).
The living area has access to a large outdoor area and deck that are surrounded by a natural landscape garden and bird life. Take in the view of the beautiful flower garden from the master bedroom. There are multiple seating areas, making it the ideal place to gather or find a private corner for relaxing.
Lumeah Retreat also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a large fully fenced backyard, a wood heater, reverse cycle air conditioning, a BBQ and a deck, and is only 250 metres from the beach.
Refund Policy
Security deposit of AUD$200 is required and refundable. The security deposit will normally be refunded at the end of the rental period if there is no valued damage to the Property or its surrounds or contents caused during the Rental Period or If the property is left in an untidy fashion, extra cleaning fees will apply.
Please treat the Property rented accordingly and leave the Property and all its contents in good order and in an acceptably clean condition.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Flexible Cancelation and changes dates based on availability.
Full refund if the booking is cancelled at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival.
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival, the booking deposit will be held as credit to be used within 12 months.
If you unable to travel due to Covid-19 Travel restrictions or become unwell, bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to arrival with no cancellation fee “full refund”.
