An introductory, free, 10 minute video or phone call for all new clients, email Annetta to arrange a time.

Sessions are 90 minutes and are available via video call or in person for those in the general Meander area of Tasmania.
Please have ready pen/s and paper for notetaking. Recording of sessions available on request (please ask in advance for face-to-face sessions). Pets welcome.
Annetta is a person-centred therapist, specialising in evidence-based EFT, grief and loss, exposure to violent and unexpected death, historical and complex trauma including childhood sexual assault (CSA), PTSD, injury and trauma recovery, and personal growth and development. Grief support for both pet and human death.
With years of experience working with military veterans, first responders, law enforcement and medical workers, you are in safe hands with Annetta. If talking or revisiting a trauma or difficult time period is a concern for you, be reassured that evidence-based EFT techniques include silent tapping with no need to revisit and unpack your traumatic events. Studies show that evidence-based EFT is effective in reducing the effects of PTSD in over 95% of cases, whether the trauma is newly-acquired or long-term, and the results are surprisingly quick.
Note: all therapy sessions are billed in advance, direct bank transfer within Australia and PayPal for international clients are the preferred payment methods. See invoice for payment details.
