Shipping is via Australia Post. Cost is dependent on the size of your order.
For orders under $120 shipping is $9.50
For orders over $120 shipping is $12.50
*Custom baby blankets may incur a slightly higher shipping cost due to size & weight

For sizing concerns please contact me prior to ordering and I'm happy to guide you to the correct size. If your product is however the incorrect size, I'm happy to exchange it subject to yarn availability.

Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your product if you have any concerns.
If an exchange is required the customer is to pay postage unless otherwise agreed upon.
Items are to be unworn, with no makeup marks, pulls or stains.
