Oatmeal has biologically active properties that can be beneficial in skin care and treatment. Oats have been used for skin care as far back as the ancient Roman times. We use Tasmanian Organic Colloidal Oat Meal for the best soothing properties. A tiny touch of Tasmanian Rosemary Essential Oil will help keeping those fleas at bay.
